The brief given by the client that the house should be designed on contemporary lines. The design has evolved in response to the local climate and the client brief.  Breaking the concept of square contemporary façade design, modern roof elements along with external wooden cladding panels are the major highlights of the entire façade theme.

Usage of simple design elements like glass rails, glazing and HPL claddings bring out the depth of the theme of this modern house in Goa.
