The resort in Mussoorie was envisioned as a private secluded get away from the constant buzz of the city life. The site is surrounded by thick forest was an inspirational sight to evolve the design. The buildings are spread over 5.0 acres site with two main blocks housing the lobby, restaurant, multipurpose hall, and a spa along with rooms for accommodation. Both the blocks are connected via a bridge/sky walk.

One of the biggest challenges of the project lied in incorporating the existing hilly contours into the design.
