This contemporary eclectic style home is a renovation project. The client wanted to completely overhaul the existing facade and have it be more in tune with the current trends along with various internal modifications of the house.

The wooden cladded walls, the vertical pergolas, the flat roof, the horizontal grooves and the semi-private compound wall with MS jaali all together enhance its contemporary nature. The light grey-brown marble and white colour scheme lends the facade of the house a rich feel.
